Terms of Service

Atlanta Tint Lab — Effective Date: May 2025

Welcome to Atlanta Tint Lab. By booking an appointment, requesting a quote, or purchasing services from Atlanta Tint Lab, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Business Information

Atlanta Tint Lab provides professional window tinting services for automotive, residential, and commercial applications in Marietta, Georgia and surrounding areas. Phone: (404) 465-2393. Address: 1225 Canton Rd, Ste. 109, Marietta, GA 30066.

2. Services Provided

Atlanta Tint Lab offers automotive window tinting, window tint removal, residential and commercial window tinting, paint protection film (PPF), and ceramic coating. All services are performed based on the specifications agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Appointments, Deposits & Payments

Booking: Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit or full payment is received. Atlanta Tint Lab reserves the right to decline or cancel any appointment at its discretion.

Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable except where otherwise stated, and may be applied toward the total service cost.

Payment: Remaining balances are due upon completion of services. We accept approved payment methods as listed on our website.

No-Show & Late Policy: Customers arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Failure to show up will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will result in loss of deposit. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

5. Window Tinting Expectations

By receiving window tinting services, you acknowledge that bubbles, haze, and water pockets are normal after installation and will dissipate during the curing process (typically 3–7 days). Do not roll down your windows for at least 3–5 days after installation. Failure to follow these guidelines may void any applicable warranty.

6. Pre-Existing Conditions & Risk Disclosure

Atlanta Tint Lab is not responsible for issues resulting from pre-existing conditions including scratches or damage to glass, worn or defective window seals, existing or improperly installed tint, fragile or aftermarket glass, or damage to rear defroster lines during tint removal.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Window film products may include a manufacturer warranty covering defects such as peeling, bubbling, or discoloration. Atlanta Tint Lab may provide a limited workmanship warranty covering installation-related defects. Warranties do not cover physical damage, improper care, rolling windows down before the recommended cure time, or normal wear and tear. All warranty claims must be inspected and approved by Atlanta Tint Lab.

8. Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once completed. If you experience any issues, you must return to Atlanta Tint Lab for inspection and correction. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective work instead of issuing a refund.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service, ensure the vehicle is accessible and ready at the scheduled time, and disclose any known issues with windows, electronics, or previous tint.

10. Tint Shade & Legal Compliance

Customers are responsible for selecting their desired tint shade. Atlanta Tint Lab does not guarantee compliance with local or state tint laws. You accept full responsibility for any legal consequences related to your tint selection.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlanta Tint Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services performed.

12. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing services, you agree to contact Atlanta Tint Lab directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Right to Refuse Service

Atlanta Tint Lab reserves the right to refuse service for reasons including unsafe vehicle conditions, inappropriate behavior, or unrealistic expectations.

14. Media & Marketing Consent

Atlanta Tint Lab may take photos or videos of vehicles for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your vehicle photographed, you must notify us in writing prior to service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

16. Changes to Terms

Atlanta Tint Lab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, submitting payment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
